REL (Rosslare Enterprises Ltd.), a global leader in advanced technology solutions, on Feb 21 2024, announced the sale of its Rosslare Security Products (RSP) business activity to Synerion Systems Ltd., a Malam Team company renowned for its cloud-based workforce management software. This transaction includes the Rosslare Security Products brand and the entire related business activity.
While we retain our corporate name Rosslare, our ongoing business is no longer connected or related to the Rosslare Security Products brand, RSP products, or the management of RSP. Historically, we have also cooperated with and provided contract manufacturing and other services to some of the largest and most well-renowned firms in the physical security and access control industries. As of the transaction date, We no longer provides any products or services related to security products or the security industry.
Rosslare remains firmly committed to our battery business customers, and to fostering innovation and growth in our battery and rechargeable business.
We have always been very proud of the RSP brand, and now, as team Synerion takes the helm, we wish everyone at Synerion and Malam Team the best of luck and great success as they carry the business forward.
